Wellington, Fla. – June 5, 2019 – The 2019 FEI Eventing Nations Cup™ series kicked off in May at Houghton Hall in Norfolk, England, where Team Germany, consisting of Christoph Wahler, Jerome Robine, Ingrid Klimke and Felix Etzel, took home the gold medal for the fifth year in a row.
Germany defeated Sweden and Great Britain, the reigning FEI Eventing Nations Cup™ champions, with a team score of 90.6. Sweden took home the silver medal on a score of 91.2, while Great Britain completed the podium in the bronze medal position with a score of 99.2.
The next leg in the FEI Eventing Nations Cup™ series begins this week in Pratoni Del Vivaro, Italy.
