At the Olympics in London Dutch Anky van Grunsven has entered the ring aboard Salinero for the last time.

Anky: ‘I have had a wonderful time with Salinero. It was the best goodbye I could wish for. The trip back home went well. Sjaak, Adelinde’s boyfriend drove the truck and we did not have to wait for the ferry. At home I just rode him a little bit and then he went info the field. There are no ‘musts’ anymore for him, he should just enjoy now.’
