There could hardly be a more fitting description of the Oldenburg stallion station of the Sosath family than “breeding and sport in its greatest precision”. Around 20 foals are born in Lemwerder each year, bred on the basis of a strictly selected stock of mares that derives from performance bloodlines which can be followed back for generations. The much requested Heida bloodline is in full bloom through the efforts of the winner of the 1997 federal championship of six-year old showjumpers, Landor S. This stallion who has already won advanced showjumping competitions is the sire of many approved stallions and the pride of the Sosath station.
